Working with Billie Jo in selling my house and buying another house was a very exciting time for me. Billie Jo is extremely professional and very knowledgeable of the real estate business in all aspects and of the Houston area. Billie Jo helped sell my condo about two years ago. She had a photographer take pictures of the inside and outside of the condo and put them on the internet. We were not allowed to put up "For Sale" signs by the association, but we could put out fliers. Fortunately, one of my neighbors saw that is was for sale and bought it. Because of her diligent work, it sold in 2 months. She gives individual attention and works very hard at all angles to push the sale.
